Question:
Will the Rough And Rowdy Ways World Wide Tour 2021-2024 really continue? That would be surprising news, even if it is Bob Dylan we’re talking about!
Conclusion:
The website is being updated and being prepared for an announcement of Spring Tour dates, there’s not much doubt about it.
Movie or not, many if not almost all of us are waiting for the new tour dates to either join a Bob Dylan show or maybe just to see that he keeps on keeping on.
How was it the last time(s)?
Let’s get the facts straight:
2022: The tour, which turned out to be a Southern US tour, was announced on January 24th and the first show was scheduled for March 3 2022! For this tour, the first rumors popped up online only a few days earlier on January 21st (exactly 3 years ago today), when online-legend false_prophet44 shared a screenshot of the first published date (San Antonio) on his Instagram account. At the same day, expectingrain-user TimEdgeworth1 posted this in the forum:
2023: This time we had to wait until February 6th when expectingrain.com member noah08 shared the following news:
The official announcement was on February 9th 2023 and the Spring Tour 2023 started on April 6th!
2024: The last time, we received a proper rumor even earlier on December 20th, when expectingrain.com user dankrass stated:
But we still had to wait a bit longer to receive some more news on January 21st (exactly 1 year ago today!) from nobody other than the great Bill Pagel:
and finally, one day after that, the first shows were officially announced on January 22nd:
So, looking at all these dates and especially the latest banner-update, we can expect an announcement very soon!
