Just minutes ago, Bob Dylan wrapped up his first concert of the Fall Tour in Helsinki, and, as expected, there were no setlist surprises and he stayed true to his familiar Rough and Rowdy Ways set.

“A fantastic Desolation Row!.. Doug really into it stamping his foot.. Bob Britt went and stood by Anton Fig mid song as it it kicked in with some kind of unusual beat it seemed to me. Key West (Philosopher Pirate)I was really into too … There seemed to be a change in Bob’s voice and how he was singing as the show went on I thought. Maybe also the sound improved where I was sitting. Bob seemed to be singing more loudly in parts to me, less moving around the microphone, also the vocal seemed to change (the sound mix in a few songs)
No band introduction. A few thank you’s throughout. Same band. Bob wearing the hooded coat with white t shirt underneath. Hood down!.. No hat.
My Own Version of You and then into To Be Alone with You I recall it all seeming to really come together. Unusual and interesting parts here and there in songs. Quite a lot of harmonica playing... A lot of kind of quick stop start harmonica
The part in the middle of crossing the Rubicon sounded like more guitars playing!.. I was on the left side overlooking stage.. couldn’t see far left off Tony.. I saw mention of another guitar player on here?.. Thank you for the fast update! Whets my appetite for the show I'm coming over for. Would have been nice to see just one different song from the "R&RW set", especially on a first night, when he does sometimes throw in a curveball ... but who's complaining ? Bob's on the road again!
